The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, litigation management, legal writing, and legal case management. Job Details



Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation and trial.
2. Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and memorandums.
3. Develop litigation strategies and present them to partners and clients for approval.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members.
6. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
7. Monitor and manage all aspects of a case from inception to resolution, ensuring that cases are handled efficiently.
8. Participate in business development activities to help maintain existing clients and attract new ones.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
3. Licensed to practice law in the state.
4. Proven experience in dispute resolution and litigation management.
5. Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in legal case management software.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
