General Laborer - HEAVY LIFTING

Job DescriptionCrucial Link is hiring in Vermillion for a General Laborer - Heavy Lifting Required
Temp to Hire Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm$16/hr to start, eligible for raise and benefits once hired on. Occasional OT on Saturdays, work dependent.

Must be willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check and a Pre-Employment Drug Test.
Duties/Responsibilities

• Unload materials.
• Load finished product.
• Package Finished project.
• Stage materials to be powder coated.
• Catch defects and bring to the QC Mgr.’s attention.
• Be engaged in your work and ask when you need help!
• Other Duties as assigned.

Pay/Shift Information

• Temp to Perm positions available in Vermillion, OH
• $16-$16.50/hr.-depending on experience
• Full-time plus some possible OT
• 1st Shift: 7am-4:30pm, M-F and Occasional Saturdays
  • *NOTE* Occasionally you MAY get to leave early on Fridays. Not all Saturdays will be required, but candidates must be available if necessary.
• Uniforms are provided after being hired in but are optional to wear.
• $0.50- $1.00 Raise when hired in. May be hired in after 90 days.

Skills/Qualifications

• MUST understand that although position requires no previous experience, work is physical and environment is DIRTY and sometimes HOT or COLD, depending on project and time of year.
• You will usually work directly with another person to complete tasks.
• MUST be able to lift up to 35lbs consistently, and up to 75LBlbs + with assistance.
• MUST have reliable and consistent transportation to work.
