Position Requirements
We are seeking an Estimator with preferred (but not required) 5 years of experience in estimating competitive bid projects and conceptual budgeting. The role involves organizing estimating activities, reviewing and analyzing project documents, developing project conditions, and collaborating with the Chief Estimator or Director of Preconstruction. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and be proficient in public speaking, coaching, and mentoring. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required. If you enjoy building relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients, and have high ethical standards, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Moreover, you'll be expected to keep abreast of industry trends, ensuring our estimating practices not only meet but set benchmarks within the construction industry.
