Prepare and revise correspondence and legal documents in banking, business litigation, collection, corporate, estate , labor/employment, real estate transfers and workers compensation areas of law using Word and Excel. Electronic filing of legal pleadings.
Manage a range of confidential records and documents throughout legal proceedings such as litigation, settlement negotiations, depositions, and collection matters.
Manage and organize client files for attorney(s) as needed. Use of software program to enter daily time entries for billing.
Provide general administrative assistance, maintain attorney(s) calendar.
