Job DescriptionIT Sourcing & Contracts Manager
Immediate opening for a remote IT Sourcing & Contract Manager
Duties of the IT Sourcing & Contract Manager Include:
Lead the creation, negotiation, and management of various contracts including Master Contractors and Subcontractor Agreements (MCA), Master Supplier Services Agreements (MSSA), License Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Amendments, Renewals, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Purchase Orders (POs).
Ensure contracts comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Oversee the red-lining process and ensure alignment between legal, business, and vendor requirements.
Manage RFP responses for state and local government clients, supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and submit winning proposals.
Manage end-to-end procurement contracts, from initiation through negotiation and final execution.
Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve any contract-related issues and ensure contract terms are being met.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for major IT procurement projects, from ideation to execution.
Oversee vendor vetting and selection, ensuring the identification of the best-fit solutions for the organization.
Take ownership of contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and optimal value for the company.
Minimum requirements for IT Sourcing & Contract Management
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP, Agiloft) are a plus.
Experience in IT sourcing, procurement contracts, and contract management, particularly within technology, software, and IT services.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex sourcing and procurement projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and best practices in IT procurement.
Experience managing RFP processes and working with government clients.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
