Family Law Litigator Benefits & Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from $100K-$150K, depending on experience.

Family Law Litigator Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience handling divorce and custody cases.
- Proven track record as the lead attorney in contested divorce and custody trials.
- Expertise in discovery processes and motion practices related to complex family law cases.
- Possession of a valid Ohio law license in good standing.
- Proficiency in modern electronic legal research tools and case/file management systems.
Family Law Litigator Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage contested divorce and custody cases, taking the lead in trials and legal proceedings.
- Conduct thorough discovery processes and draft motions with precision and expertise.
- Utilize advanced legal research and case management tools to deliver exceptional results for clients.
- Collaborate with the firm’s team to ensure seamless client service and case handling.
