- Coordinate end-user computer operating system upgrades.
- Assist Senior Network Manager with Exchange and Active Directory when needed.
- Assist Senior Systems Security Analyst with ongoing PCI compliance tasks and annual “PCI Report on Compliance”.
- Assist Director of Technical Services with disaster recovery processes and documentation.
- Assist with software and hardware configurations when needed.
- Assist with troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration when necessary.
- Manage corporate hardware and retain an inventory of spare equipment. Document available hardware including specifications, software versions, age of equipment, etc.
- Verify that all critical devices are backed up on a regular basis.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Assist Technical Services teammates as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required
--B.S. level or its equivalent and continuing education related to the position
--3-4 years of related experience with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities
--Thorough knowledge of IT functions, data communication theory and practical application
--Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
--High School diploma or GED plus 4 years of related experience
--2 years of related experience
--AS/AA degree plus 2 years of related experience, preferred
