Are you a Development Engineer with a passion for thermoplastics? This role challenges you to lead cross-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, perfect for those well-versed in engineering and possessing sterling project management skills. We seek those who thrive in manufacturing settings—preferably within aerospace—to innovate and deliver top-notch solutions in collaboration with internal and client teams.

What You'll Achieve

  • Aligning project timelines and budgets to meet organizational goals.
  • Creating innovative project blueprints in tandem with clients and internal teams.
  • Orchestrating project planning and review sessions across various departments.
  • Crafting manufacturing strategies and boosting design-for-manufacturing initiatives.
  • Partnering with manufacturing units to enhance procedures for production milestones.
  • Acting as the communication conduit between clients and teams, overseeing ongoing updates.
  • Anticipating and diffusing potential project hurdles.

Skills: Your Success Toolkit

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering fields like Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or engineering, ideally within aerospace or correlated fields.
  • Expertise in thermoplastic or composite material production processes.
  • Exemplary project management capabilities encompassing scoping and scheduling.
  • Proficient with CAD tools like SolidWorks and masterful with Microsoft Office suite.
  • ERP system acumen within ISO/AS procedural surroundings.
  • Problem-solving prowess coupled with attention to detail.
  • Relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Autonomy-driven with top-tier organizational skills and prioritization capabilities.
