Performs a variety of highly skilled technical procedures in the application of diagnostic ultrasound for the imaging of normal and abnormal structures of the human body. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

<li>High School graduate or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Graduate of a specialized NDT technical program meeting SNT-TC1A for one or all of the following is required: UT, RT, MT or PT.</li>
<li>Prior certification as an NDE Level II with one (1) year experience or prior certification as an NDE Level I technician with adequate field experience hours to certify to Level II per SNT-TC1A standards on all or one (1) of the following is required; UT, RT, MT or PT.</li>
<li>Industrial Radiographers Certification Card preferred. (Required for all hired as a Radiographer).</li>
<li>Completion of a forty (40) hour Radiation Safety Course preferred. (Required for all hired as a Radiographer).</li>

WORKING CONDITIONS:

<li>Field duties require outdoor work in a plant atmosphere.</li>

Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for our Tri County Family Physicians office in Canal Winchester, OH. This position is a key point of contact for patients and provides patients and guests with a positive customer service experience from start to finish during their visit. This is a full time role working first shift hours Monday- Friday and the occasional Saturday 7:30a-12p.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Ensure patients have a positive experience during their visit, whether in-person, telehealth and/or over the phone.
•Communicate regularly with clinical staff to ensure patients and office needs are met. Collaborate with team to create a positive patient experience. 
•Greet patients and complete established check-in procedures upon arrival. Responsible for registration, including data entry of patient information and insurance verification. 
•Collect copays, deductibles and/or outstanding balances. 
•Responsible for checking patients out and scheduling follow up appointments and communicating necessary items at time of check out.
•Answer phone calls and email inquiries from patients and COPC administrative departments in a timely manner; direct or escalate inquiries when needed. Contact patients for appointment reminders or scheduling purposes.
•Complete clerical tasks including but not limited to distributing mail and reports, filing, scanning, scheduling, data input, management of electronic fax inbox and general support to all office personnel.
•Ensure confidentiality of patient data and stay up to date with HIPAA regulations. 
Qualifications:
