About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer with expertise in testing, diagnostics, and debugging to support validation processes across multiple facilities. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong background in electronics and failure analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing, diagnostics, and debugging on machines to ensure performance and reliability.
- Conduct failure analysis testing to identify and resolve electronic component issues.
- Validate materials before they are distributed to different facilities.
- Work across multiple buildings and sites, ensuring smooth validation processes.
- Collaborate closely with Supplier Quality Engineers at various locations.
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes at the plant level.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Strong background in electronics testing, diagnostics, and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and failure analysis.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Injection molding experience is a plus, but not required.
