We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for our facility in Fairfield, OH. This role involves operating and troubleshooting machinery, maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, and assisting with batch mixing as needed. Successful candidates will be part of a team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in team meetings every morning to receive daily duties.
- Operate and troubleshoot machines efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area at all times.
- Assist in batch mixing as needed.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Experience in food manufacturing.
- Experience in machine operating or mixing/blending in a food setting.
- Ability to read and interpret English.
- Good personality and teamwork skills.
- Ability to wear all required PPE (e.g., hair and beard nets).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
