Job Opportunity
We need a CNC Machine Maintenance Engineer ready to dive into maintaining and fine-tuning critical production tools. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations by addressing equipment challenges and supporting our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the upkeep and installation of CNC machines and facilities, focusing on advanced multi-axis equipment.
- Handle immediate repair needs and fulfill scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Bring your mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to diverse systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic technologies.
- Decipher technical documentation to deliver effective machine maintenance.
- Analyze and resolve equipment problems, ensuring timely repairs and adjustments.
- Implement routine preventive measures to optimize machine longevity.
- Apply a comprehensive range of tools in maintenance procedures.
- Recognize and communicate operational issues promptly to supervisors.
- Adhere to safety policies, maintaining an orderly work environment.
- Take on additional duties as instructed to support team success.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical discipline required.
- 3-5 years of related experience in CNC equipment troubleshooting and maintenance essential.
- Expertise with DMG MORI or MORI SEIKI machinery, alongside Fanuc or Siemens controls, is ideal.
- Highly skilled in reading technical schematics and diagrams.
- Proficient in basic mathematics and fluent in English.
