Are you a skilled organizer with a knack for problem-solving? We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance coordinator to oversee the daily scheduling of our maintenance team and their assigned work orders.


Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Healthcare, 401(k)

Compensation:

$18 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule maintenance tasks for our team of technicians, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
  • Payroll Management: Accurately process payroll for both maintenance technicians and administrative staff.
  • Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns and complaints promptly, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.
  • Problem Diagnosis: Possess the ability to diagnose maintenance problems and recommend appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Management or a similar field.
