What You’ll Do
- Keep Things Running: Assist with maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility systems.
- Stay Ahead of Issues: Perform routine inspections to catch and fix maintenance concerns before they become problems.
- Respond Quickly: Address maintenance requests efficiently and professionally to keep things running smoothly.
- General Upkeep: Handle painting, carpentry, and groundskeeping to maintain a clean and inviting space.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with the Maintenance Manager to schedule and oversee outside contractors when needed.
- Prioritize Safety: Follow safety protocols and regulations to keep the environment secure for residents, staff, and visitors.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience Matters: Background in general maintenance, repairs, or facility upkeep—healthcare experience is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to diagnose issues, think on your feet, and get the job done.
- Team Player Attitude: Ability to work independently or collaborate with other departments as needed.
