Location: West Chester, OH 45069
Shift: Monday – Friday | 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM + OT on Saturdays as needed
Pay: 19.00 – 20.00/HR
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do:

Cut, measure, and prep pipe for fabrication using saws, torches, and grooving/threading machines.
Operate various shop equipment including grooving machines, saws, and potentially universal welders (non-welding tasks).
Perform quality checks, bundling, and final preparation for shipping to job sites.
Rotate through different parts of the fabrication process — every day brings something new.
Follow strict safety procedures and standard operating practices.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and inspect equipment like forklifts to ensure top performance.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (must be listed on resume)
1+ year of recent machine operation experience – OR – a recent trade school graduate with hands-on training.
Hands-on experience: You know your way around fabrication tools and have worked with pipe, sheet metal, or similar materials.
Solid mechanical aptitude – experience with tools like band saws, threaders, or welders is a plus!
Reliable history: We value consistency — long-term work history is a plus.
Math-minded: You can read a tape measure and do basic calculations without breaking a sweat.
Team players: You bring a great attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to help wherever needed in the shop.

Preferred:

Experience operating fabrication machinery
Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards (training provided!)

Pay Details: 19.00 to 20.00 per hour
