Title of Position - Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for creating a positive, unique and memorable experience for our guests. The person in this position will manage all daily operations and all bar and kitchen staff scheduling, monitoring daily cash, revenue, inventory and orders. The Restaurant General Manager will manage sales, food, liquor, beverage and labor costs all while meeting financial objectives and working to increase sales and customer base. The Restaurant General Manager will assist with recruiting, hiring and training and will ensure that all bar and kitchen staff provide a positive and unforgettable experience to our patrons.

Qualifications:
Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant General Manager
The Restaurant General Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Restaurant General Manager
The Restaurant General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
3 plus years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is necessary for the Restaurant General Manager
