Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and caring float to join our team in the Mid-morning/early evening. As a float, you will primarily provide support and assistance across our infant and toddler programs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children in our care.
Pay: From $14.25 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Duties
Responsibilities
- Educate and engage infants and toddlers in age-appropriate activities
- Provide attentive care to meet the individual needs of each child
- Assist with behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions
- Ensure a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child's progress and daily activities
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Background Check
- Experience in infant care and toddler care practice
- Experience working with children in childcare, nannying, babysitting, or caregiving
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
- Candidates should have been available Monday through Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pm.
