We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Clean Room Extrusion Operator for a 1st or 3rd shift position. This role involves working from 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, in a clean room environment. The starting pay is $20-23/HR.
Responsibilities
- Work on the finishing side of the extrusion line.
- Assist in spooling, uncoiling, and cutting product to size based on work instructions.
- Read work instructions for packaging and ensure products are packaged as per specifications.
- Inspect products for quality defects and prepare them for shipping.
- Perform visual inspection and documentation of products.
- Stand at the machine for the entire shift as machines do not stop running.
- Lift up to 50 lbs at times.
- Work in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated clean room environment.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of machine operator experience.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Experience with packaging at the end of a line.
- Ability to follow work instructions to meet production goals.
- Willingness to wear a clean room suit, hair net, and beard net if applicable.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand on feet for the entire shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience with injection mold machines.
- Experience working in a clean room sterile environment.

Work Environment
Work in an extremely clean and temperature-controlled environment with AC in the summer and heating in the winter. The facility includes a sterile room maintained at 68 degrees. You will be provided with a locker and a new paper gown every week. Tennis shoes are acceptable. Adhere to GMP and FDA requirements, including wearing PPE such as hairnets, beard nets if applicable, and no fake nails, makeup, or jewelry. No food or drink is allowed in the clean room area
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
